Crystal Diaz-Granados has had a dream of becoming a children's book author for more than a decade.
Fueled by her parents reading stories to her at bedtime during her childhood, she carried on that tradition with her own children. She devoted bedtime to crafting stories about the world around her family.

This is an uplifting children's book with a wonderful message. It encourages kids to think outside of their comfort zone and try new things...not just to try new foods but to make new dishes from their own imaginings and memories. The book tells a unique and uplifting story, with a delicious recipe at the end. 5 stars!
